A digital insurance provider is looking for a Software Developer to maintain and enhance live pricing code. This role requires strong attention to detail and Python skills, as the code runs thousands of times daily to quote prospective customers. You will manage deployments, work independently, and have a flexible hybrid working setup. The ideal candidate is motivated to contribute to significant growth in the UK market while adapting to quick turnaround times.

Working as part of the Data and MI team within the Alternative Pricing Department (APP), you will be maintaining, designing and enhancing our live pricing code. This code is very importantുകള for the team, as it is run thousands of times a day to provide live quotes to prospective customers that connect online to get a quote frominsics. Accurateness and attention to detail are therefore extremely important, and you must code confidently too. The role involves the management of multiple deployments per month, and includes the development of tools andbru reports to ensure that the code has the desired effect from a business perspective.
The overall aim is to help support the significant growth plans for Advantage Insurance and Hastings Direct, and help differentiate us by being data and analytics leaders in the UK general insurance market.
