ecoSense Cleaning provides Market-Leading Cleaning Services across the UK.

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Software & Operational Assistantto support our growing team. This is a varied role combining software support, operational administration, and technology assistance across both onsite and offsite teams.

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with systems, data, and people. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our internal technology platforms.

Monday to Friday working 8am - 4pm

Office Location: London SE9

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and monitoring company KPIs, including tracking and reporting performance metrics
  • Updating and maintaining external staff records accurately and securely
  • Providing technical support to onsite and remote staff
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and user support on our bespoke internal system
  • Creating AI-based training videos and digital learning materials
  • Data input and database management
  • Supporting operational processes to improve efficiency
  • Carrying out general administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Ability to learn and support bespoke software platforms
  • Excellent organisational and data-entry accuracy skills
  • Experience providing tech support (helpdesk or internal support preferred)
  • Ability to create clear and engaging training materials (video editing or AI tools experience desirable)
  • Good understanding of KPI tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience working with CRM or internal management systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation software
  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative support role
