What You Will Do

  • Work directly with children to obtain their views and wishes in the context of family court proceedings.
  • Undertake risk assessments and mediation to support effective resolutions.
  • Provide expert testimony in court as needed, drawing on your robust experience and insights.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
Role Context

The vacancy is for a Qualified Children’s Social Worker in the Liverpool area. Although based in our Liverpool office, the role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance that suits your needs. You will be joining our Private & Public Law team, assisting families in making crucial decisions for child arrangements during court proceedings. Your input will be instrumental in shaping positive outcomes for the children involved.
