Key Responsibilities

• Undertake Child and Family Assessments in line with statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement robust care and support plans that promote positive outcomes.
• Manage a varied caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children work. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure effective multi-agency safeguarding.
• Participate in case conferences, reviews, and core group meetings.
