Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a passionate Social Worker to join the Adult’s Neighbourhood Team in Stockport.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will deliver a high-quality social work service to adults and their families or carers who are vulnerable or in need of support. You will work collaboratively with citizens, families, and carers to promote independence and ensure they are central to all decisions affecting their lives. Using a person-centred approach, you will develop outcome-focused plans that reflect individual goals and preferences. Your responsibilities will align with the Care Act 2014 and include safeguarding, advocacy, and multi-agency coordination to uphold dignity, choice, and well-being.
