As Social Work Team Manager, you will:

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary district team including Lead Practitioners and Practice Supervisors.
• Provide operational leadership and set high standards of practice and customer care.
• Ensure delivery of child-centred services that comply with legal and statutory guidance.
• Champion safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and young people.
• Drive performance and quality assurance through reflective supervision and evidence-based auditing.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen local service delivery.
• Embed the Trust's practice model, Connections Count, in everyday team practice.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure value for money.

Our offer to you

• In addition to the salary offered, there is an incentive payment of £1,000
• Retention payment of up to £5,000 per annum, subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C\'s will apply.
• A generous annual leave package of 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 years of service and 35 days after 10 years of service.
