Social Work Senior Practitioner in Assessment and Safeguarding – Darlington (UK) – £31.80 hourly. Full time, 37 hours per week. Ongoing. As a Social Work Senior Practitioner within the Assessment and Safeguarding service, you will be at the forefront of supporting children and their families right from the point of referral through to providing ongoing support. Work with us as we navigate the complexities of Child and Families Assessments, CIN, CP, LAC, and care proceedings both public and private.   • Provide expert advice and guidance to families and stakeholders
  • Utilize reflective supervision to evaluate and improve casework
