Click Analytic is an influencer marketing platform helping brands discover creators, track campaigns, and scale collaborations with AI and automation.

We’re now looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager who is strong in video editing and UGC‑style content, and who can also write blogs, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters to grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our weekly newsletter (30,000+ readers).

1. UGC & Short‑form Video (core part of the role)
  • Create short UGC‑style videos for Instagram & TikTok explaining our tools, breaking down campaigns, and sharing creator tips.
  • Edit videos for Reels, TikToks, Shorts (hooks, cuts, captions, pacing) so they hold attention in the first 3 seconds.
  • Turn complex ideas (data, case studies, product features) into simple, snackable video content.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
  • Draft and publish LinkedIn posts (from our founder and company page) on creators, trends, and campaign breakdowns.
  • Write blog articles on influencer marketing, creator economy trends, and case studies using our data.
  • Create Instagram carousels and visuals (case studies, tips, rankings, reports) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Help design and repurpose content for lead magnets (guides, reports, case studies) used on LinkedIn and our website.
3. Strategy, Trends & Newsletter
  • Monitor social media trends, creator formats, and hooks — and test them across our channels.
  • Help manage and grow our weekly newsletter: draft sections, titles, and ideas that marketers actually want to read.
  • Track performance of posts and videos and suggest data‑backed improvements (what to post more/less of).
Requirements
  • Excellent short‑form video editing skills (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) — you know how to cut, caption, and structure a video so people keep watching.
  • Strong experience with UGC‑style content (even better if you’ve created content for brands before).
  • Good design sense and Canva (or similar) skills for carousels and simple visuals.
  • Excellent English writing & communication (C1+): you can write clear, punchy copy for social, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Solid understanding of creator trends, social media culture, and engagement tactics.
  • Autonomous, organized, curious, and comfortable working with a lot of content ideas and experiments.
