We are looking for a confident, highly creative and driven Social Media Manager to join Cece Jewellery’s growing team. With a combined audience of close to 400k across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven luxury, fashion or jewellery experience to take our brand presence to the next level.

You will play a key part in shaping all of Cece Jewellery’s social channels and content strategy, ensuring we remain one of the most engaging and inspiring voices in the fine jewellery space.
Key Responsibilities
●Manage and oversee Cece Jewellery’s entire social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
●Continuously ideate and execute platform-specific content ideas that resonate with our audience, reflect our brand values and drive engagement.
●Identify and lead on emerging trends, formats and creative opportunities across social platforms, particularly Instagram Reels and TikTok.
●Collaborate with the Marketing Director and wider team on creative campaigns, ensuring all content reflects the brand’s storytelling and luxury positioning.
●Track and analyse performance, using insights to optimise content and guide future strategy to grow both reach and engagement.
●Lead on thoughtful and timely community management to nurture and expand our highly engaged customer base.
●Stay ahead of changes in the social landscape, adopting new features and strategies early to keep Cece Jewellery at the forefront.
●Deliver clear reporting on performance data, turning insights into actionable content and campaign improvements.
About You
●Proven experience managing and growing social platforms for a luxury, fashion, or jewellery brand.
●A sharp eye for content that performs, you know what works where, and why.
●Strong sense of visual style, tone and brand identity, with an understanding of what makes content feel premium and aspirational.
●Confident using analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
●Organised, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
●A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
●Experience with paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta is a plus.

●Experience: 3-5 years in social media, ideally within the luxury, fashion or jewellery sector
●Location: Cece Jewellery office, Notting Hill London. This role cannot be fully remote and may require occasional out-of-hours/weekend work.
