Hire Digital is seeking aSocial Media Managerto lead the client's Instagram channel and expand the brand's presence across LinkedIn and YouTube. You’ll drive organic growth, build brand awareness, and create engaging content tailored to UK and US audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy with a focus on Instagram growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Create and manage compelling, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, video snippets) tailored to UK/US audiences.
  • Support and optimize LinkedIn and YouTubeactivity, ensuring cross-platform consistency.
  • Drive community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and trends, turning followers into advocates.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and iterate strategy based on data-driven results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with product launches, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Stay on top of emerging social media trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations.
  • (Future) Support paid social campaigns across Instagram and other platforms when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience growing and managing Instagram accounts for consumer brands (ideally lifestyle, healthtech, or safety-focused).
  • Strong creative skills: content ideation, visual storytelling, and copywriting tailored to the platform and audience.
  • Familiarity with UK (primary) and US (secondary) social media landscapes, including cultural tone and trends.
  • Solid grasp of analytics, performance metrics, and growth tactics.
  • Preferably with experience withpaid social campaigns(Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google/YouTube Ads).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within a lean, entrepreneurial team.
