We are looking for a Social Media Manager UK & IE to shape and grow our social media presence across key platforms. In this role, you will help build meaningful connections with our UK audience, amplify our purpose, and bring the Aroma-Zone brand to life through authentic, creative, and engaging content. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, creativity, and community engagement, with strong autonomy and close collaboration with both local and international teams.

Build and grow our UK social media presence

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the UK social media strategy in line with Aroma-Zone’s global vision and local market priorities.
  • Adapt global content to the UK audience, ensuring relevance, authenticity, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and manage a UK editorial calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments.
  • Create and publish high-quality, platform-optimised content (posts, stories, reels, TikTok videos, carousels, etc.).
  • Produce visual and video content that reflects the brand’s values, tone of voice, and commitment to natural beauty and wellbeing.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and formats, and proactively propose new ideas to drive engagement and reach.
  • Build strong relationships with our UK community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions with care and authenticity.
  • Identify and collaborate with UK influencers and content creators who align with Aroma-Zone’s DNA and values.
  • Encourage conversations and create a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring social media environment.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and analyse content performance.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the UK & IE team and headquarters.
  • Continuously optimise content and strategy based on data and audience feedback.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Community Management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong advantage.
  • A proven ability to grow and engage social media communities through creative and thoughtful content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
  • Hands-on creative skills: content creation, storytelling, basic photography and video editing.
  • Comfortable using social media management and analytics tools to track performance and improve results.
  • English native or fluent; French is a plus.
