We’re recruiting for a Social Media Executive who genuinely understands people and how they think, what they engage with, and why they respond to content that feels real.
This role suits someone who’s confident on camera, curious by nature, and motivated by connection; the audience you’ll be speaking to is vocal, loyal, and engaged. When the content lands, they don’t just like it they interact, share, and talk back.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating engaging, scroll-stopping social content, from filming and writing to basic design and execution
- Appearing on camera to talk confidently about products, benefits, and lifestyle-led topics – this is an essential part of the role!
- Supporting social planning, copywriting, scheduling, and ongoing content optimisation
- Writing copy; there is a copy team who can provide guidance and make sure it’s on brand etc. but the ability to create your own creative content is key.
- Creative design of posts (and therefore the ability to use graphic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Tracking performance and sharing insights to improve future content
- Staying ahead of social trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
- Actively engaging with online communities, responding, sparking conversation, and building relationships
- Working alongside internal teams to identify content opportunities around events and campaigns
- Building and scheduling emails via the CMS and identifying content opportunities within email comms
- Proofing creative and print assets to ensure quality and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Around 18 months’+ experience in a marketing, content, or social media role – any agency experience would be welcome!
- Hands‑on experience creating video content for social platforms
- Confidence presenting on camera and communicating clearly
- Creative eye and ability to use Graphic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviour
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, detail‑focused, and genuinely interested in storytelling
- Organised, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is beneficial but practical experience and the right mindset matter more.
