A sports technology company is seeking a Social Media & Distribution Manager in the United Kingdom to manage social content and engage with the community across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in social media management and a strong understanding of relevant digital marketing strategies. This role involves publishing, reporting, optimizing, and collaborating closely with marketing managers to achieve measurable business outcomes.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Distribution Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution and optimization of our social channels. You will own the publishing, reporting, and community engagement that turns great content into genuine connection and measurable business outcomes. Your work will be key in ensuring our social content shows up where it matters most for athletes, coaches, and fans around the world.
Location: This role requires three days in our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska per week, so we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln.

The base salary range for this role is $45,000 – $75,000 USD. We make compensation decisions based on an individual’s experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
