CULTED is a Gen‑Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen‑Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast‑growing international audience of over 2 million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Social Media Creative to join our team on a full‑time basis for a year.

This role will primarily involve developing and producing engaging content (videos, memes, copy etc) for TikTok, for one of our retained clients, a luxury fashion brand. It will also include analysing performance data to optimise the social strategy, and ensuring that all content feels topical and trend/insights driven.

Core tasks and duties :
  • Lead end‑to‑end development and production of diverse, brand‑specific content (graphics, short‑form video, memes, copy). Content must be optimised for TikTok performance. Manage work streams from concept to delivery and reporting.
  • Expertly plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns, aligning output with brand objectives and strategy. Oversee day‑to‑day social activities and manage brand partner relationships to create high‑impact, original activations.
  • Continuously monitor emerging social trends, analyse audience engagement, and rigorously assess campaign performance. Use insights to inform and shape future content strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high‑level understanding of TikTok's best practices, algorithm, and drivers of organic reach/virality. Serve as the internal authority, advising teams on effective platform strategies and compliance.
  • Work seamlessly with Agency and Editorial teams to ensure content cohesion, unified brand voice, and maximum impact on brand building and campaign goals, translating editorial objectives into platform‑specific content.
The successful candidate :
  • 3+ years’ proven experience in digital media, content creation, or a closely related field, with a strong track record of delivering high‑impact creative work.
  • Proven track record of successful media campaigns, demonstrating the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury lifestyle sectors, with the ability to anticipate cultural shifts, interpret emerging trends, and translate them into compelling creative direction.
  • Expert‑level understanding of social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels, with an informed perspective on Gen‑Z behaviours and content formats.
  • A refined grasp of brand identity and tone, ensuring all content aligns with and enhances brand equity across touchpoints.
  • Solid analytical capability, able to interpret performance data, pull out key insights, and use them to inform clear recommendations that guide creative and channel output.
Skills :
  • Strong storytelling, visual design, and copywriting abilities.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and video/photo editing is also required.
  • Fluency with social media platforms and content management tools and the ability to stay current with new trends, features, and platforms.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut) is also required.
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve content performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing copy, engaging with the audience, and collaborating with both the client and the internal team.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
