A leading telecommunications company in London seeks a Social Media Manager to drive engagement and build relationships in social media channels. The role includes content creation, community management, and trend engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in social media roles and a passion for creating engaging content. Its 1 year FTC. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for driving engagement with and building positive relationships with both customers and prospects in social media channels. You'll be responsible for executing against our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You'll develop organic, socially native content to drive engagement. In a category dominated by negativity, you'll take opportunities to engage with consumers in social channels and drive positive interactions.
