Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE + commission + staff treatment benefits

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in clinic, remainder working from home

A well-established, doctor‑led aesthetic and skin clinic based in Knightsbridge, London is looking to bring in a talented Social Media & Content Creator to elevate its digital presence and support continued growth.

The clinic is known for its premium treatments, strong medical credibility, and loyal client base. With an increasing focus on digital marketing, brand visibility, and patient education, this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a high‑end aesthetics brand while having the flexibility of hybrid working.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands‑on in clinic for content capture but also values the ability to work independently and remotely when planning, editing, and analysing performance.

About the Role

I’m representing a client who is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow their online presence across multiple platforms.

You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end content creation and social media management, from planning and filming in clinic, to editing, posting, engaging with followers, and tracking performance. The focus is on creating engaging, compliant, and on‑brand content that builds trust, drives enquiries, and supports growth.

You’ll work closely with the clinic and marketing team to promote treatments, services, and offers, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and a premium aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Manage day‑to‑day posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and relevant platforms
  • Plan, schedule and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns and clinic priorities
  • Monitor comments, messages and enquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with followers and help build a strong, loyal online community
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt content to remain relevant and engaging
Content
  • Create high‑quality photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions
  • Attend the clinic 1–2 days per week to capture content including treatments, before/after, testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes
  • Edit video and image content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and medical advertising compliance
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance across platforms including reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, and leads
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Use insights and data to optimise content strategy and improve results
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
  • Work closely with clinic and marketing teams to support launches, promotions and campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, or influencers when required
  • Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice across all digital channels
Compliance & Reputation Management
  • Ensure all content complies with medical advertising and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor reviews, comments and brand mentions
  • Flag negative feedback and support reputation management where needed
Requirements
  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media and content creation (aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong skills in filming, editing, copywriting and content planning
  • Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar
  • Good understanding of analytics and performance metrics
  • Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing shoots (preferred)
  • Able to commute to Knightsbridge 1–2 days per week
