Retail Insights is Northern Europe’s leading retail forum. We strengthen the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting more than 3,000 leaders yearly from over 15 countries.

Retail Insights is part of United Media (https://www.united-media.com/), which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. We have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks will vary but mainly include:

• Email marketing: Managing copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
• Social media growth management: Growing and managing our LinkedIn profile, testing new content formats, and helping us leverage content on YouTube and Twitter.
• Graphic design: Creating and maintaining our visual identity across marketing channels, with support and resources provided.
• Website management: Designing, SEO activities, UX optimization, and developing new formats that reflect our brand.
• Analytics: Measuring and improving performance metrics across channels, working towards challenging KPIs.
• Paid advertising and PPC campaigns: Managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments to identify shareable content and inform them of our brand’s progress.

What we expect from you

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates must have a UK work permit and a degree (bachelor’s, master’s, or in progress).

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a strong drive and desire to excel;
• Possess a high work ethic and sense of urgency;
• Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through;
• Are curious about people and enjoy building relationships;
• Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing;
