Starting in January, Laura Blair is looking for a creative, reliable part‑time Social Media Assistant to join her team one day a week to support styling, content creation, and overall organisation.

Suitable applicants will be local to South West London who want experience in the fashion, beauty, and digital media space. If the fit is right, there is room for the role to grow into more days per week.

Role Overview

The successful applicant will assist with styling, pulling clothing, organisation, and supporting content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Applicants won't need to be photographers, but a good eye for composition and aesthetics is important. The role also includes deliveries, returns, shoot prep, and support with YouTube editing and RewardStyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with styling, outfit planning, and pulling clothing for shoots
  • Support with content creation and have a good visual eye for framing and aesthetics
  • Help with deliveries, returns, and general organisation
  • Assist with shoot prep, set‑up, and behind‑the‑scenes support
  • Compile shopping links and basic LTK / affiliate tasks
  • YouTube editing support - Premiere Pro skills are a strong plus
  • Maintain an organised workspace and help streamline day‑to‑day tasks
  • Run small errands as needed
