Overview

Looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives working in social care? Look no further than Support at Home! We're seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers and help us provide exceptional care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients to live independently in their own homes.
  • Provide quality care including administering medication, personal care, meal preparation, social calls, safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning, moving of clients, and home help.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Competitive salary ranges from £12.00 to £14.00 per hour, with additional compensation for drivers and walkers (e.g., 45p per mile, an extra 50p per call for drivers, and bridge crossing payment).
  • Full training with a £150 bonus upon probation, ongoing career development support, uniforms, paid shadowing and extra training for complex clients.
  • Carefriends referral scheme with a bonus.
  • Company pension, employee mentoring programme, overtime and weekend availability.
Hours and Location
  • Full-time or part-time position, 16–40 hours per week.
  • Community-based; you’ll work in your area.
