A public sector organization in Truro is seeking an individual skilled in negotiation and effective communication for a dynamic role in social care. Responsibilities include creating care profiles, coordinating with health professionals, and ensuring proper care delivery. Training is available for those with the necessary skills. The Social Care Buyers are part of three Purchasing Teams with the People Commissioning Service, part of Care and Wellbeing Directorate.

There are multiple roles which could be full or part time.
This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
This position will be subject to a enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
The roles are usually Monday to Friday however contracts allow for working 7 days per week. Usual working hours are 37.5 hours per week 9-5. However flexible working to allow for other commitments can be discussed.
