Basic Salary to £30K Plus Excellent Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a major international insurance brokerage with big plans to grow the business, and in doing so, will be creating multiple opportunities for ambitious individuals.

This role would ideally suit individuals who have previous broker experience or underwriting within the commercial sector. Based within the City centre of Leeds, you would be working with a great team of people who have been with the business for a number of years, where there is also big scope for career progression and development within.

This role would be dealing with clients on a daily basis with premium spends in the region up to £5k to £25k GWP, providing quotations, assisting them in making amendments and adjustments to existing covers. You will also be involved in the renewal process.

There will be a lot of client and insurer dialogue, so confident communication skills are essential for this role, as well as good attention to detail, a professional manner and strong IT skills.

You will have the opportunity to study towards the CII qualifications or continue if you have already started, which will be fully funded by the company.

Hybrid working would also be supported after the initial induction programme where you could work 2 to 3 days at home if desired.

Attractive package is being offered with a basic salary up to £30k, OTE with bonus up to £33k, Pension, PMI, Life cover, 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) Travel Loans, plus other staff benefits.
