• Significant experience in administering, monitoring, and maintaining databases.
• Solid understanding of operational practices including backups and change management.
• Experience with debugging and performance tuning in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-line DBA support and resolve database incidents.
• Plan and execute database upgrades and change management.
• Administer high availability database setups.

Microsoft SQL Server administration

Oracle database administration

High availability and replication

Backup and disaster recovery procedures

OLTP & OLAP knowledge

Advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Cloud monitoring & logging experience
