SLT Assistant – Growing Educational Foundation

We are seeking a degree educated Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team (5 members currently) of a growing educational foundation/platform which helps to provide pathways to educate and inspire humanity to become the best versions of themselves, to live more consciously, and to embody the highest levels of love and wisdom we hold at our core, serving ourselves and our planet in the best way possible.

Working in close partnership with the EA to CEO, you will help to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and alignment across the organisation. You will support with diary and correspondence management, information flow, priorities and logistics with care and discretion, co-ordinate meetings, events, and special projects with an efficient and proactive approach, and act as a trusted representative and point of contact for internal and external partners. You will have a hands-on role, helping the senior management team to work effectively and with ease.

The role will also require some office management duties, shared with the EA to CEO.

Based 5 days a week from a fantastic new purpose-built office in North London, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders to C Suite level, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
