A regional mental health organization in Maidstone is seeking a Band 4 Mental Health Co-ordinator to manage Mental Health Act administration across various Trust Sites. The ideal candidate must have experience with MHA, good communication skills, and the ability to create and deliver training. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with mental health legislation and assisting clinical staff with necessary queries. Join us in supporting mental health services across Kent and Medway.
We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Mental Health Co-ordinator to join our Mental Health Act team, providing Mental Health administration as part of the Service Level Agreement with the Acute Trusts.
You will need to have Mental Health Act Administration experience, scrutinise Mental Health Act section paperwork in accordance with the current Mental Health Act legislation and provide training to acute trusts in accordance with the SLA specification.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
This is a post that will involve working across all 3 Trust Sites and potentially Acute Sites across Kent.
