As a Skills Practitioner you will provide Learning and Technical support to staff and students within the department and will undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies.
This role is based at our Eastchurch Campus where we deliver to Cat D Prisoners released on temporary licence. We deliver a variety of Construction, Building Services, Employability and Rail courses. This role will primarily support our trades departments.
In your role as a Skills Practitioner you will liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders as necessary or required, provide feedback to students that will aid successful progression and achievement and support with stock control, to include ordering and issuing of supplies.
Our goal is to recruit an organised and efficient member to our team who has excellent communication skills and can facilitate learners on tasks. You will also provide demonstrations as required in class to aid the delivery of outstanding provision within EKC Group.
The successful candidate will have a key responsibility for Instilling and upholding strong Health & Safety standards in practical environments and will purchase resources and materials within budget.
