Job description

Location: Onsite covering Burton, Burntwood, Lichfield, Rugeley and the surrounding areas. Typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours.

An Outline Of Your Responsibilities And Experience

• General labouring on site, including plot cleans and supporting trades when required.
• Securing materials and skips behind fence panels
• Taking delivery of materials, ensuring received items are of a high standard in terms of quality and safely secured.
• Liaise with Site Manager to ensure stock is maintained
• Assist with the procurement, off hires and costing of all internal and external Plant and skips.
• Deliver materials and plant to operatives on site.
• Follow and enforce company health and safety procedures
• This role will require a DBS Check.

About You

The successful Skilled Labourer will possess a background in manual labour, ideally be familiar within working within Social Housing tenanted properties, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
