Job description
Overview

A leading contractor operating in the water and utilities sector, delivering vital infrastructure works across long-term frameworks. As part of their strategic joint venture, they are working on a major clean and wastewater programme for a key water authority in the South of England.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the delivery of clean and wastewater projects across the Hampshire Water Framework.
  • You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate labour and subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain progress in line with programme and quality expectations.
  • The role will involve close liaison with Project Managers and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery of civils and MEICA packages, including pipe laying, chambers, and associated reinstatement works.
Requirements
  • You must have experience supervising utility or infrastructure works, ideally in the clean or wastewater sector.
  • A strong understanding of site-based health and safety, temporary works and permit systems is required.
  • Holding SSSTS or SMSTS, a valid CSCS card, EUSR or water hygiene card and NRSWA Supervisor ticket is essential.
  • The ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively, maintain site records and deliver to programme is essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
