A transportation infrastructure company in Maidstone is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance schemes across the South East. This role requires proven experience in highway maintenance, familiarity with relevant regulations, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. The Site Supervisor will ensure quality of work by external contractors, manage compliance, and provide critical feedback to project managers. A CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS certification are essential for this position.
National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Operations. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of major maintenance and minor improvement schemes across the South East region. Reporting directly to the Construction Assurance Manager, you will undertake construction surveillance and assurance inspections to verify quality of works undertaken by external contractors.
Please note that you may be required to work predominantly unsociable hours including nights and weekends for which there will be paid overtime and/or an out of hours allowance.
This role will be based from our Maidstone office.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
