Responsibilities

• The Site Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee the delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate and manage the allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisation
• Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
• The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, directly influencing the company's operational efficiency and client satisfaction

What you’ll bring

• NVQ L3/4 or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related field
• SSSTS Qualification
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card - Gold / White
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
