Overview

Our client, a top regional contractor who turnover in excess of £400m, requires a Site Manager to work on Anglian Water schemes including reinstatement works, Streetworks and installing new Water Mains into housing developments. They are looking for someone in the Scunthorpe area who can oversee up to 3 projects and undertake the associated paperwork, deal with design queries, manage the teams and ensure projects are run to time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 3 projects on Anglian Water schemes (reinstatement works, streetworks, installing new water mains).
• Manage project paperwork and deal with design queries.
• Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, NRSWA, CSCS (EUSR ideally; training can be provided).
• Utilities and Repair and Maintenance exposure with Water, ideally gained with main Contractors.

Remuneration and Start

A top day rate is on offer with an immediate start and ongoing contract for the right individual.
