Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard an experienced Site Manager to support a new build house project from foundation to handover in Newbury.

• Job Title : Permanent Site Manager - New Homes
• Location : Newbury, Berkshire
• Salary : £55,000.00 - £65,000 per annum + Package
• Contract : Permanent, Full-Time
• Start Date : February 2026

About the Role The Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to client's high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and short-term programming
• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in line with company policy
• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials across all stages of the build
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design Team to resolve technical queries
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and Building Regulations
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates
