Site Manager (Lates) | Location: Projects Around North West | Start Date: October 2025 | Duration: Ongoing | Rate: £300 p/shift (Mon-Thurs, 4 shifts per week)

Role and responsibilities

Site Manager - Projects Around The North West: I am working with a large privately owned contractor that specialises in fit-out, maintenance and refurbishments across a variety of sectors. The company has recently won a contract refurbishing offices across the UK on late shifts, and are looking for a manager to manage back to back DWP projects in the North West, with more local work following on the same contract. This assignment will be managing various DWP office refurbishments around the North West. The projects will be running successively, not at the same time. The role requires managing the day-to-day and smooth running of the project, while reporting into a visiting Project Manager.

You will be expected to have strong customer-facing skills and to manage multiple trades.

Requirements

4 Shifts per Week, Mon-Thurs, 4pm-4am. Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness qualified.
