I am recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a high-quality traditional build housing development in Bourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering top-class homes and wants to be part of a site aiming for industry recognition and awards.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of delivering a well‑run, safe and high‑performing development. You'll be leading from the front, ensuring build quality, programme and customer satisfaction stay at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on a traditional build housing site
• Manage trades, contractors and site teams to maintain quality and progress
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance and build standards
