A leading educational provider in Yate is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the management of Yate Academy and other associated school sites. The role requires ensuring health and safety standards, managing external contractors, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The successful candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent team management skills, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to be based at Yate Academy, while overseeing management of the school sites at Yate Academy, Woodlands Primary and Tyndale Primary Schools, all part of Greenshaw Learning Trust.
The successful candidate will have a great work ethic, be able to manage the school sites and associated staff, work in a team, prioritise workload and work independently, oversee external contractors and the site team. They will ensure premises health and safety standards are maintained, proactively seek improvements and help the school maintain a good public image. This post is suited to an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual with a positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
