Job summary

A leading Main Contractor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development. In this role, you will work closely under a Project Manager to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and finishing trades. Candidates must possess a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and ideally have previous Main Contractor experience. The position is available for both permanent and freelance candidates, and references will be required. This role is essential to ensure project success on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CSCS Card.
• Hold SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
• Prior experience with a Main Contractor is ideal.
• Experience with residential new build and refurbishment projects is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E and finishing trades/packages on-site.
• Support the Project Manager directly.
• Ensure work is completed to high standards and within timelines.

You will working underneath a Project Manager as a no.1 Site Manager - coordinating M and E and finishing trades / packages.

Role available to start asap

• Local to Bromley, Kent area.
