You will join the team for a school build in Southampton, valued at approximately £2 million. This is a hands‑on site role overseeing subcontractors, liaising with the school, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction.
Lead on site execution of the school construction project, managing all day to day site activities
Communicate effectively with the client (school), subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures, including risk assessments, method statements and site inspections
Monitor progress against programme, budgets and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractor work, materials and site logistics
Prepare and deliver regular reports on progress, issues and mitigation plans
Ensure all site documentation (permitting, site records, safety logs) is maintained accurately
Act as the main point of contact for the school, supply chain and other stakeholders
