Main Purposes of Job
  • 1.This Leading role is to assist SE work by taking the lead role coordinating all supervisors, teams and work activities on behalf of the Senior site manager / project manager.
  • 2. Reports to Installation Manager or as required by deployment.
  • 3. Duty of care for themselves and all individuals on site to ensure that they work safely at all times.
Key Tasks
  • 1. Works to all applicable QEHS procedures as briefed in the site induction.
  • 2. Lead the teams assigned to all work fronts ensuring work is executed to Time, Quality & Cost. Carries out any other duties within their competence to the relevant quality / industry standards as directed by the Installation Manager.
  • 3. Operate within timescales set out by the site management and highlight potential deviations in advance including coordinating with other work parties to ensure efficient and safe working by all.
