The Client:

Our client is a leading fit-out business with a proven track record in property development and investment spanning over 20 years. They are seeking a Fit-Out Site Manager for a 5-month project.

The Role of the Site Manager:

The Site Manager will be responsible for all aspects of cost control, coordination, installation/delivery, health & safety, and the completion of our client's new build apartment fit-out project in Rochdale.

Applicants must have:

• Joinery background
• CSCS Card (management or higher)
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• IT/Computer literate
• Experience managing fit-out projects
• Full driving licence and own transport
