Job description

Maidensbridge Primary School is situated on Beachcroft Road, Wall Heath. We are a one form entry school with an age range of 4-11 and currently have 204 pupils on roll.

Our aim is to create a happy and caring environment for children by providing a wide range of well-balanced learning opportunities for all to help them grow into independent and responsible people.

Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager who is observant to detail, enthusiastic and positive with a ‘can do attitude’ to join our friendly team.

You will be:

  • someone with experience of site management of a school or other site
  • able to supervise and manage a team
  • ideally a recognised qualification in electrics, plumbing or carpentry
  • an effective communicator with young people and a positive role model
  • have the confidence to reinforce school expectations whilst forming positive relationships with adults & children

Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year. You will be appointed on a permanent contract. Your working hours will be 6.00am – 10.15am & 3.15pm – 6.00pm.

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities of the fabric and grounds of the school site.

Closing Date: Sunday 4th January 2026

Shortlisting: Monday 5th January 2026

Interviews: Monday 12th January (times to be confirmed)
