A leading construction company in Farnborough is seeking a Site Manager to oversee security projects valued between £1m and £8m. The ideal candidate will manage on-site interfaces, ensure compliance with risk assessments, and maintain quality and profitability. A strong background in civil engineering and experience within the construction industry are essential. The role includes issuing work permits, conducting surveys, and strong communication with team members and clients, making it critical for the success of the projects.

The site manager will be adept at on-site management of client interfaces, contractors, approval of risk assessments and method statements, problem solving and negotiating problems and implementing the Galliford Try business management systems.
A confident individual to take full responsibility for production functions on security projects of typical value between £1m-£8m that are allocated from award through to completion and to maintain and maximise quality of service and profitability.
