Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day‑to‑day running of the site from groundworks to handover
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure programme, quality, and H&S targets are met
• Conduct site meetings and report progress to senior management
• Ensure works are delivered to specification and in line with NHBC/build regs

Ideal Candidate:
