Job description

We require a full-time Site Manager for our Stotfold Campus, working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. This is a split shift role to allow for unlocking and locking of the school. Actual working hours to be determined locally, with the requirement that the school is unlocked by 7 am and locked at 6 pm. There is the opportunity for a 5 pm finish on Fridays, and some flexibility in working hours during school holidays.

Main duties will be to maintain the school premises to a high standard and manage the security, safety and cleanliness of the Academy, overseeing a contract cleaning team.

The Academy of Central Bedfordshire is a two campus Alternative Provision Free School Academy committed to supporting vulnerable young people who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools. We are a specialist secondary education provision for students aged 11 - 16.
