Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Site Manager in Central London for a contract role paying £42 per hour outside IR35. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience managing Mechanical Construction projects, including piping and HVAC systems. A SMSTS qualification is desirable. Essential skillset:

• At least 5 years experience as a Site Manager, managing Mechanical Construction projects (piping, HVAC, valves etc)
• Experience working for a Principal Contractor
• SMSTS qualification would be a desirable (SSSTS as a minimum)
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
• Experience running toolbox talks, H&S assessments and management

Desirable:

• Experience as a Site Manager for Building Management System or Building Automation System projects
