Freelance Site Manager - Bristol

We''re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor who need an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take the lead on a live project in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a professional team on a fast-paced site with solid support from head office.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management & coordination
• Managing subcontractors & site teams
• Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld
• Monitoring progress against the programme
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager and QS
• Keeping site paperwork up to date (RAMS, site diary, inductions etc.)

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on similar projects (main contractor background essential)
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and keep the site running smoothly
