A growing contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a £5M commercial scheme in Bolton. This project involves high‑street retail, design & build, and fit‑out works, offering a strong platform for someone eager to step up and progress.

About the Role

You’ll take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring the project is set up correctly, compliant, and running to programme. The role involves close liaison with the client and design team, so confidence in communication and stakeholder management is essential. A client‑side H&S representative will be present, meaning high standards and transparent site practices are a must.

• Experience with D&B and fit‑out projects
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
