Freelance Site Manager - Bedford - 3+ months

We are actively looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager on a 3+ month contract basis to oversee an industrial build which includes retail units. The role is available to start immediately.

You will be responsible for the continuation and completion of the project overseeing the internal and external works, as well as co‑ordinating trades and subcontractors on site.

Our client is seeking a Site Manager with strong leadership, organisation and communication skills who can demonstrate an excellent track record in delivering new build projects on time with a proven track record of being client facing.

Avalid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at work certificates are essential.
