A property maintenance specialist is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple sites in the Basingstoke area. You will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social housing environments, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Location: Basingstoke office, Site based around Newbury, Reading, Chippenham and surrounding areas, Typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours per week

Along with utilising your Site Management skills in live Social Housing environments delivering Retrofit and Planned refurbishment works you’ll also be looking for ways to add real social value to the communities and customers you work with. Supported by your peers, team, and management to solve problems and trusted to make decisions to grow and develop relationships and revenue.
Whilst ensuring the smooth running of multiple designated sites, ensuring all site personnel carry out their tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the Client or the general public.
The successful Site Manager will ideally have strong experience in Retrofit & Planned refurbishment Works, within Social Housing/tenanted properties and have a good working knowledge of Internal and External works, managing the delivery through to completion/handover, including understanding complex documentation and evidence collating to tight deadlines. Managing a few sites at any given time. Commercial awareness ensuring costs are meeting budget requirements. Great communication skills to build relationships with the Client and Tenants alike.
You will need to hold a Full UK driving licence to travel to Sites daily. You must hold SMSTS or associated NVQ, 3 day First Aid, as well as being confident with IT and proficient in MS Office. It would be beneficial to hold a Temporary Works coordinator qualification. The role will also require a DBS check.
