• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for site HSE and engineering-related coordination.
• Own the implementation of site-level programs.
• Implement and manage site-specific engineering and maintenance programs.
• Drive the Safety and Maintenance and Control program.
• Support local engineering projects and upgrades.
• Manage Sandoz digital platforms relevant to the role.
• Coordinate the local HSE framework in alignment with global standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
