We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support a busy pipeline of groundworks and civils projects along the M5 corridor, from Taunton through to Bristol. This role suits someone confident in setting out on live construction sites, with a strong technical background and the ability to support project teams on a daily basis.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering accurate setting out, supporting site operations, and ensuring works are completed safely and in line with specifications. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers, you will be a key technical figure across multiple schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out for foundations, drainage, highways, roads, and external works
• Reviewing drawings, plans, coordinates, and specifications
• Liaising with Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors
• Producing and maintaining accurate as-built records and site data
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring compliance with H&S standards
• Supporting technical problem-solving on site
