A construction recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a barn rebuild project in Plymouth. The role involves overseeing all aspects of groundworks from start to finish. Candidates must hold an SMSTS and First Aid certificate, along with a background in Groundworks and experience in setting out. The project begins on January 5th and will last approximately 16 weeks. Competitive rates are negotiable based on experience and if you have your own kit.

Job description

I am working with a client who is looking for a site manager who is able to do some setting out for a barn rebuild in Plymouth.

The project will involve all aspects of Groundworks through to completion so experience of managing projects from start to finish is essential.

To be considered for the role you will require SMSTS and First aid certificate and ideally be from a Groundworks background with experience of setting out.

The project is due to start on the 5th Jan and is expected to last for 16 weeks.
